If you saw my video diary, you know with Sean’s departure came the “major brainstorming session.” Like I said in my video, we goofed off and had a lot of laughs, but we also put in a lot of development and got stuff done. Personally I’m going to be working on canvassing local screen-printing companies for quotes on t-shirts for P4SC. Hopefully we can get them made pretty quickly and even possibly sell some to those who are interested!
Going into next week, I’m nervous/excited for our first week attending the shelter as a class. I’ve been down there once for a meeting with Linda, but when put in the forefront, I’m not likely to step up and be as outgoing. On the other hand, I’m really stoked for the visit. I’m eager to meet with Mr. Pender again and perhaps learn more stories. I can be a bit awkward with meeting new people and sometimes I feel out of place in the city (I’m a suburbs boy), but I’m hoping I can get past that.
So… that’s it for now. I hope you guys enjoy reading my thoughts on this project because I enjoy sharing them with you. Sometimes I feel like I’m giving you the inside look. As always… stay tuned: more great things coming!
Over and out,
